Using Modules

ESOP Modules

To customize training or communications products, clients may use optional modules. These modules supplement the information provided in the core training content.

These modules also serve as stand-alone training programs. They may be adapted for use in other forms of employee communication, including bulletin boards, newsletter articles, intranets, and presentations by company leaders.

Ownership Associates is available to deliver these presentations on-site at client companies.

Modules come with background information, a presenter's outline, talking points, and ready-to-use overhead images.

The Ownership Incentive explains how employee-ownership provides a direct individual profit motive for employees, and demonstrates how it is possible for employee-ownership to be a “win-win” arrangement.
